1. Contractual Relationship
By using the H2Connect+ website (h2connectplus.com), you enter into a contract with H2Connect+, Inc., which provides comparison and referral services. We are an authorized reseller for Internet, Cable TV, Mobile, and Home Security providers. We do not directly supply the network services—you obtain those directly from the providers you choose.
2. Services Provided
H2Connect+ facilitates comparisons, plan selection, and service activation. Final contracts, service terms, and billing are between you and the third-party provider. Coverage, pricing, and availability vary by location and provider.
3. Orders and Activation
When you request services through our site or via our agents, we forward information to the chosen provider. The provider processes the activation and confirms pricing, timelines, and service features.
4. Pricing and Promotions
All pricing, offers, and promotions are set by the third-party providers and may change without notice. Any promotional terms will be honored only if applied by the provider at activation.
5. Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate and complete personal, billing, and address information. If incorrect data causes activation delays or errors, H2Connect+ will assist in resolving them but cannot be held responsible for Provider limitations.
6. Limitation of Liability
H2Connect+ is not liable for:
Service disruptions, outages, or quality issues.
Provider billing errors or contract terms.
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from provider services.
Our liability is limited to the services H2Connect+ directly provides, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials on h2connectplus.com—text, logos, images, icons, and layout—are the property of H2Connect+ or its content suppliers. Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution is prohibited.
8. Termination & Modification
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate site access for misuse or violations of these Terms. We may amend these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on our site; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed under the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes must be brought in courts in Santa Barbara County, California.
